1. Morning Jaldi Uthe

Agar aap office jate hai ya apna pura din ghar se bahar bitate hai to aapko morning ka breakfast kabhi miss nahi karna chahiye. Breakfast miss karne se aapka pura din thakaan wala jata hai. To dosto agar aap acha din bitana chahte hai to har roj breakfast jarur kare.

4. Apne Face Par Smile Rakhe

Dosto acha din bitane ke liye kosish to aapko hi sabse pahle karni hogi. Agar aapka har din ghar se bahar gujarta hai to apne face par humesha smile rakhe. Face par smile rakhne se positive log aapki taraf jaldi attract honge. To jo bhi log aapse pure din bhar milenge, unke sath aap khush feel karoge.

5. Ache Logo Se Mile

Humesha ek baat ka dhyan rakhe ki, aap kese logo se mil rahe hai uska asar aapar aur aapke dimaag par bhi padhta hai. Maan log ki aap ki sangati bure logo ke sath hai jese ki “- lofar, buri aadato wale ya negative soch wale. To ese me aapar bhi unka asar padega aur aap bhi un jese ho jaoge. Aur agar aap ache logo ke sath jo jese ki :- achi soch wale, positive vichar wale ya hasmukh wale. To normally aapka behave bhi wesaa hi rahega aur aap apni life ko full enjoy karoge. To dosto ab samajhe ki logo se bhi bahut farak padta hai.

6. Logo Ki Help Kare

Acha din bitane ka ye mtlb nahi hai ki pure din bhar maje karo aur khush karo. Balki logo ki help karne me bhi bahut khushi hai. Logo ki help karne se alag si khushi milti hai jo sirf feel ki ja sakti hai. To dosto agar koi aapse help mange to bejhijak uski help kare aur khushi ko feel kare.

7. Kuch Naya Sikhne Ki Kosish Kare

Agar aapko lagta hai ki har roj ek hi life jite jite aap bore feel kar rahe hai to aapko kuch alag karna chahiye. Humara bolne ka mtlb ye hai ki kuch naya kare ya kuch naya sikhe. Jisse aapko apna har roj ka din bore nahi lagega aur aapko kuch naya sikhane ko bhi milega. Agar aapki general knowledge kamjor hai to uske bare me padhe ya kuch naye field ki aap soch rahe hai to uski tyari kare.

8. Life Me Balance Banaye Rakhe

Jesa ki aap sabhi ko pata hai ki har din ek jesa nahi jata hai, kabhi aapka bura din jata hai to kabhi acha jata hai to ese me ghabraye mat. Apne life me balance banaye rakhe, humara bolne ka mtlb ye hai ki agar kal aapka din bura gaya ho to ye soch kar agle din ki starting kare ki, aaj ka din acha ja sakta hai. Apne me negativity na laye balki positivity ke sath din ki starting kare.

9. Good Manners Rakhe

Aap kis tarah se rahte ho ya baat karte ho ye bahut matter karta hai. Maan log ki aapka bolne ka tarika galat hai aur aako manner ki bhi tameej nahi hai to ese me koi bhi aapse ache se baat nahi karega aur automatically aapka din bura jayega. Iske ulata agar aapko bolne ki tameej hai to sabhi log aapse khush rahenge aur ese me aapka din bhi acha jayega. To dosto apne me good manners banaye rakhe aur tameej se rahe.

10. Sote Time Bhagwaan Ko Thanks Kahe

Aapka aaj ka din chahe jesa marji gaya ho, aapko sote time humesha bhagwaan ko thanku kahna chahiye. Bhagwaan ko kahe ki, “Aaj ka din dikhane ke liye bahut sukriya”. Aur fir so jaye.
